Payment Terms

To ensure a smooth and secure business relationship, Surgicost offers the following payment options:

• 60% Advance Payment upon order confirmation and 40% before shipment
• 100% Advance Payment with order placement
• Irrevocable Letter of Credit (L/C) for approved transactions

Note: New customers are required to provide valid Bank References or Trade References with their first order.

Order Policy

• Orders of all quantities and sizes are welcome.
• Mixed-product orders are accepted.
• Custom manufacturing is available according to customer specifications.
• Private labeling and OEM services are available.
• Custom Brand Names, Logos, Artwork, Printing, Embossing, and Embroidery can be applied in any color.
• Products are available in Youth and Adult Sizes where applicable.
• Carton branding and customized packaging can be provided at additional cost.

Product Specifications

We continuously strive to maintain the highest quality standards. However:

• Product dimensions, weights, and specifications are approximate until final production and shipment.
• Customers must provide complete shipping instructions, including the destination port and consignee details, when placing orders.

Packaging

Standard packaging includes:

• Individual polybag protection (where applicable)
• Strong export-quality cartons
• Plastic tape sealing
• Polypropylene wrapping for enhanced protection during transit

Customized packaging solutions are available upon request.

Delivery & Shipping

Surgicost maintains efficient production and logistics processes to ensure timely delivery worldwide.

Ready Stock Items

Available stock products are dispatched immediately upon confirmation of payment receipt.

Customized & OEM Orders

Production lead times depend on order quantity, customization requirements, and product specifications.

Express Delivery

For urgent requirements, we offer:

• DHL Express Shipping
• Delivery within approximately:
  • 3 Working Days to Europe, United Kingdom & Middle East
  • 4 Working Days to USA, Canada & Australia
• Priority 72-Hour DHL service available upon request for selected destinations.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

For wholesale and large-volume orders, shipment is generally arranged through reliable cargo and freight services.

For the most economical shipping rates, we recommend placing bulk orders at least one month in advance. Sea freight delivery typically takes approximately 30 days, depending on destination and customs procedures.

Pricing Policy

Surgicost provides quotations based on:

• FOB (Free On Board)
• C&F / CFR (Cost and Freight)

As manufacturers of a diverse range of surgical, medical, and healthcare products, we encourage customers to specify the product categories of interest when requesting quotations. This allows us to provide the most accurate and competitive pricing.

Quality Guarantee & Warranty

At Surgicost, quality is our commitment.

We guarantee that all products manufactured in our facility meet our strict quality standards. Any item found defective due to workmanship or material faults will be replaced.

Return & Replacement Policy

• Claims must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the shipment.
• Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
• Replacement is available for manufacturing defects only.

Exclusions

Surgicost cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for custom-made products where incorrect information was provided by the customer, including:

• Incorrect logos or artwork
• Misspelled names
• Incorrect measurements or sizing
• Incorrect customization specifications

Samples

Product samples are available for evaluation.

Sample Policy

• Samples are supplied against advance payment of:
  • Sample cost
  • Courier charges
• Samples are dispatched exclusively through reputable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery.
